Retail Shoe SALES ASSOCIATE

Full time or part time, FLEXIBLE schedule, 28-38 hrs/wk (3-5 days).
Availability one weekend day is a must, as well as balance of days Mon-Fri. We are not open evenings.
Positions available in our three locations, Berkeley, Oakland or Walnut Creek.

Bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic and we’ll train you on everything else you need. You’ll learn about our products and offer excellent customer service.

$500 Signing Bonus, payable at the end of training/probationary period.
Competitive hourly wage, starting at $17/hour PLUS performance bonus.

Retail Shoe ASSISTANT MANAGER

If you want to lead a strong team and share your passion for shoes and accessories, we want you! Bring a professional attitude and we will train everything else!

Qualifications:

Have RETAIL SALES experience, preferably in shoes or apparel.
Be an energetic and motivated leader through positive motivation and leadership.
Be willing and able to learn and update product knowledge.
Must be available weekends -Sat/Sun and some weekdays. (we are NOT open evenings). Position will be minimum 4 days per week.
Have an outstanding work ethic and reliability

Our commitment:

$500 Signing Bonus, payable at the end of training/probationary period.

Retail Sales Associate

Looking for a great sales position?

Sole Terra Shoes, East Bay Footwear retailer, has immediate Sales Associate positions available to join our outstanding team with the following qualifications:

Have a great attitude and a desire for personal growth.
Responsible work ethic.
Be able to listen to and communicate well with customers.
Position can be P/T or F/T. Availability on weekends- SAT and/or SUN, as well as weekdays. We are not open in the evenings! We put out a monthly schedule so you can plan your life!
Minimum- High school graduate or equivalent (Required)
Bring enthusiasm and you MUST love shoes!
