Bad choice sadly

First off this Big buckle is extremely uncomfortable how it sits on the top of the foot. Second the sizing chart is not the same as on the Birkenstock site. I am size 9 and according to the sizing on this site 40. The Birkenstock site says 40 is 9.5/10. Wish I never purchased them
